​I am Bobby Joe Champion,
the President of the State Senate, where I proudly represent Senate District 59, which includes all of North Minneapolis, all of the North Loop, a portion of Downtown Minneapolis and a portion of SE Minneapolis.

Since my first day as your Senator, I have authored bills and worked on legislation that prioritized Public Safety, Housing, Healthcare, Jobs and Economic Growth, Education, Climate Change, and Environmental Justice.
